Everyone needs a car for daily use, a car that enhance personality, a car which is luxurious, and a car which gives comfort. If you are looking for the same car, then Audi Q7 is your required car. Let’s have a look at this buggy from inside and out!

Introduction about Q7:

The Audi Q7 is a full-size luxury crossover SUV made by a German manufacturer Audi, introduced in September 2005. The Q7 came up in two generations including the First generation (Typ 4L: 2005–2015) and the Second generation (Typ 4M; 2015–present). All the engines of both first and second generations are known for efficiency and power. The 6-speed automatic and the 8-speed ZF 8HP Automatic gearbox is available in both generations.

Size and boot space in Audi Q7:

The high-riding Audi Q7 has lost none of its road presence despite of its marginally smaller dimensions. With 5,052mm length, 1,968mm width and 1,741mm height, the Q7 is still one of the largest cars on the road. The first generation Q7 measured 5,089mm long, 1,983mm wide and 1,772mm high. The new Volvo XC90 is around 5cm shorter and 3cm wider than the new Q7, and the Range Rover is shorter by a similar amount. With seven seats, the huge Audi offers 295 litres of boot space, nearly the same as a Ford Fiesta, accessed via a standard powered tailgate. But that expands to 770 liters when you squeeze the third row. Fold the second row forward as well, and there’s a massive 1,955 litres to play with, approximately 100 litres more than in the new Volvo XC90.

Engines of Audi Q7:

Only one engine and gearbox combination was available in the UK to begin with, a 3.0-litre TDI diesel with 268bhp and 600Nm of torque hooked up to an eight-speed automatic. That’s enough to thrust the two-tonne Q7 from 0-62mph in just 6.5 seconds, but such is the smoothness of the power delivery that accelerating hard is still a relaxing experience. There's also a lower-powered version of this engine with 215bhp and 500Nm that can still do 0-62mph in 7.3 seconds. However, in reality it feels a lot less enthusiastic and is also slightly louder, emitting a distinctive diesel rattle under load. Those customers who are more concentrated on performance have a readily available option, though, in the form of the SQ7. It's a genuine high-performance SUV, with a 4.0-litre twin-turbo diesel motor and a 0-62mph time of just 4.9 seconds. The chassis is retuned too, with a harder set-up designed to keep the SQ7's body roll in check. But in truth, it's more accomplished as a fast motorway cruiser than something you'd want to hustle along; in twistier stuff, the car's bulk still shines through, and the steering is pretty unsatisfying. So, purchase a brand new Q7 and win the heart of everybody around you!
